About Us

Located in the heart of Roatan’s dive tourism scene, Island Diving Center is a boutique, full-service dive operation specializing in PADI courses, daily diving, snorkeling, and sightseeing excursions. As our Sales & Guest Experience Specialist, you will:

  • ● Manage incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • ● Promote dive packages, certification courses, excursions, and equipment rentals
  • ● Convert interest into bookings through engaging communication and follow-ups
  • ● Update the CRM with lead details, booking status, and guest preferences
  • ● Collaborate with operations and dive instructors to ensure seamless guest experiences

Role Overview

What You Bring

  • ● Excellent communication skills (English fluency essential; Spanish a plus)
  • ● Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • ● Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • ● Positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
  • ● Local to Roatan or open to relocating
