sland Diving Center Roatan is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced female PADI MSDT Instructor to join our team!

☀️ Work in paradise! Join our vibrant team at Island Diving Center, located on the beautiful island of Roatan, Honduras. We’re a renowned dive center offering a wide range of PADI courses and unforgettable diving experiences in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean.

🤿 Do what you love! As a PADI MSDT Instructor, you’ll share your passion for diving by leading a variety of courses, from Open Water to specialty certifications. Guide divers through vibrant coral reefs, fascinating shipwrecks, and encounters with amazing marine life.

🎯 Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting PADI courses in a professional and engaging manner
• Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all students
• Maintaining accurate dive records and adhering to PADI standards
• Promoting a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Participating in dive center operations and activities
• Guiding certified divers on fun dives
• Loading and assembling customer gear on the boat
• Teaching Discover Scuba Diving experiences

💪 You’re the ideal candidate if you have:

• PADI MSDT certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for teaching and sharing your love of diving
• Strong safety awareness and risk management skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!)
• At least 100 students registered in your teaching record
• Familiarity with computers and digital systems (essential as our dive center is fully digital!)
• Sales skills are a definite plus!
