As our Marketing Manager, you will:

  • ● Develop and lead Island Diving Center’s marketing strategy in line with business goals.
  • ● Plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns across social media, website, and email.
  • ● Manage the relationship with our external marketing company for paid ads.
  • ● Create and edit photo and video content (yes, dive days are included as part of work).
  • ● Maintain and update our WordPress website and blog.
  • ● Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • ● Collaborate with the team to highlight diving stories and guest experiences.

What You Bring

  • ● At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
  • ● Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • ● Strong communication and organizational skills
  • ● Experience with WordPress, Canva, email marketing, and social media.
  • ● Familiar with GA4 and Meta Business Suite
  • ● Creative mindset for content and storytelling.
  • ● Self-driven, adaptable, and results-focused.
  • ● Based in Honduras or willing to relocate
  • 💙 Bonus: You’re a certified diver and love the underwater world
