Important to Know

Can I drink alcohol or use drugs before or between dives?

Your safety is our top priority! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable diving experience, we have a strict policy regarding alcohol consumption:
- No Alcohol or Drugs Before Diving: Please refrain from consuming any alcohol or drugs before diving. These substances can impair your judgment, reaction time, and coordination, significantly increasing the risk of accidents underwater. This includes marijuana, even in locations where it may be legal.
- No Alcohol or Drugs Between Dives: If you have multiple dives scheduled in a day, including night dives, please avoid alcohol and drugs between those dives.
This policy is in place to protect your well-being and ensure a safe diving environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

What if I accidentally drink alcohol between dives and can't dive? Can I get a refund?

We understand that mistakes happen! However, our priority is the safety of all divers, and our strict no-alcohol policy is in place for that reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you consume alcohol and are unable to dive.
Here's why:
- Preparedness: We prepare for each dive in advance, including staffing and equipment allocation.
- Instructor Availability: Your instructor's time is reserved specifically for you, and they need to be compensated for their time and expertise, even if you are unable to dive.
We strongly encourage all divers to adhere to our no-alcohol policy to ensure their safety and avoid disappointment. We appreciate your understanding!

What if I don't have a flashlight for the night dive?

Don't worry, we've got you covered! While we recommend bringing your own dive light for a more personalized experience, we understand that packing one more thing isn't always ideal.
You can rent a powerful dive flashlight from us. Just let us know on the morning of your night dive, and we'll happily reserve one for you.

I saw the option to add a Private Divemaster. What does that mean?

Looking for a more personalized diving experience? Our Private Divemaster service is the perfect way to enhance your underwater adventures!

- Customized Experience: Whether you have specific interests or want to explore hidden gems, your Private Divemaster can tailor the dive to your preferences.
It's an excellent option for photographers, new divers, or anyone who wants a more intimate and focused diving experience.

We're a family of four. Can we have a Private Divemaster dive with us?

Absolutely! We want to ensure everyone in your family has a fantastic and safe diving experience.
Since our Private Divemaster service caters to a maximum of two divers per Divemaster, you would need to book two Private Divemasters for your family of four. This way, everyone receives personalized attention and guidance throughout the dive.
