Detailed Description of the Position:

We’re searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Boat Captain to join our team. As a vital part of our operation, you’ll ensure the safety and enjoyment of our divers while maintaining our vessel to the highest standards.

🎯 Your responsibilities will include:

• Safety First: Prioritize the safety of our divers and crew at all times, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Seaworthy Boat: Ensure the boat is in excellent working condition, performing routine checks and maintenance.
• Smooth Sailing: Skillfully navigate the waters around Roatan, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Dive Support: Assist divers with entering and exiting the water, providing support during dive operations.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with dive instructors and other crew members to ensure seamless dive trips.

💪 You’re the ideal candidate if you have:

• Valid Captain’s license with relevant endorsements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating dive boats in Roatan.
• Extensive knowledge of local waters and dive sites around Roatan.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
