1. Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Full payment is until November 30th.

2. Non-Refundable Offers:

• Black Friday offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

3. Reservation Deadlines:

• Customers must schedule dives, courses, or specialty sessions at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

4. Availability:

• All dives, courses, and specialties are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.

5. Age and Certification Requirements:

• Customers must meet the necessary certification and age requirements for the selected dives or courses:

• Advanced Open Water Course: PADI Open Water certification is required.

• Rescue Diver Course: PADI Advanced Open Water certification and a CPR/EFR course (completed within the last 24 months) are required.

• Specialty Courses: Prerequisite certifications may vary.

6. Medical Clearance:

• Customers must provide proof of medical clearance (if required) and complete the standard medical questionnaire before participating in dives or courses.

7. Unused Dives or Courses:

• Unused dives, course sessions, or specialties after the 6 months will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.

8. Non-Transferable Packages:

• Dive packages, courses, or specialties are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who made the purchase.

9. Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled dive or course. Failure to notify in time may result in forfeiture of the session.

10. Blackout Dates:

• Black Friday offers cannot be redeemed during high season blackout dates (e.g., December 20 – January 5, Easter Week).

11. Weather Conditions:

• Dives may be rescheduled due to adverse weather or sea conditions for safety reasons. In such cases, the center will offer an alternative date within the 6-month period.

12. Limit Per Customer:

• Customers can purchase only one discounted package or course per person during the Black Friday campaign to allow more divers to take advantage of the deals.

13. Equipment Rental:

• Black Friday deals do not include equipment rental. Gear is available for an additional fee.

14. Compliance with Rules:

• All participants must follow the dive center’s safety rules, instructor guidance, and Roatan’s local marine protection regulations.

15. Promotional Validity:

• Black Friday deals cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
