Beto is one of our divemaster with a deeply love for the ocean and marine live.
Ever since witnessing his colleagues in the Spanish Navy experience the underwater world through scuba diving, Beto has been fascinated with the ocean. From Mallorca, Spain to the Caribbean, Beto exclusively traveled to see some of the most exciting and diverse dive spots the world has to offer. On his travels, he made his way through Central America, taking the time to stop off at a little island paradise called Utila, Honduras – and made his home in the Caribbean.
His professional PADI diving career began in 2011, at Alton’s Dive Center, est. 1994. For the next 10+ years, he worked as a PADI Dive Master guiding and sharing his appreciation of the ocean with others through thousands of dives.
Particularly fascinated with the macro life found in Utila, Beto honed his skills to spot the tiniest of creatures found all over Roatan, Utila, and Cayos Cochinos Bay Islands, Honduras. His knowledge of the reef, combined with his outgoing nature and joy for every dive is the recipe for a great time under the water!
